It was a pleasant place, had very-very nice and really kind staff from the lovely lady behind the bar to the receptionists. The room we stayed in was clean with a good aircon. A shower and hair dryers was a plus. Location: the hotel was really close to bars and restaurants, the center of Menoza and EN la Plaza Independencia. Everything was simply great.

The breakfast choices are good with juice and also pastries. The atmosphere of the hotel is comfortable.

The hotel has a marvelous location, very close to the center of Mendoza, near the central park, pedestrian area, city center, bars. The breakfast provided multiple satisfactory options for the guests.

The hotel's general areas are spacious and well-maintained, providing a comfortable space for senior people like me to relax and unwind. the hotel is conveniently accessible for senior people, with helpful staff available at the 24-hour reception to assist with any needs or questions.

I would have loved to see the children working there organizing some activities specifically for senior guests.

OIder hotel, so lack of extra electrical outlets in rooms - the only one was in the bathroom. Pillows much too hard to be comfortable. Breakfast is about the same as in any cafe (coffee, breads), so it could be improved - at least add granola or muesli and hard boiled eggs.

The staff was extremely helpful and gave us great advice. They assisted us with travel arrangements and recommended great restaurants nearby. the room was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the nice pool area. we were pleasantly surprised when we were upgraded to a bigger room and given complimentary snacks.

The rooms were old-fashioned and the bathrooms were not in the best shape. the breakfast was mediocre, but this seems to be a common issue in South America.
